| 説明 | Lateral view of the head of a collembola of the family Tomoceridae (tanks J.J. for ID help !)The little guy was very cooperative but eventually it sprung before the end of the stack (the working distance is shorter than 5 mm)... This species is really beautiful, so I will try to do better shots this winter... The software Enfuse had some problems to merge the pictures (ie transparency problems on the antenna and on the hairs)Technical settings : - focus stack of ~100 images - microscope objective (Nikon achromatic 10x 160/0.25) on bellow |
