| 説明 | Ancient sign for the "White Quercy Route" - the only one we ever saw. This is near Albas in the Lot Valley, west of Cahors. Quercy was the name for the old kingdom in the region, and the name comes from "Quercus" the latin for oak. There are 2 regions - Quercy Blanc (due to the chalky soil) and Quercy Noir. |
