| 説明 | Interesting finds can be had at anthills in western America. I've collected peridot (olivine) and Pleistocene fossil molluscs from anthills in Wyoming and Utah. This anthill in Wyoming's Laramie Range has greenish-colored grains of fuchsite-rich rock fragments and dark red-colored grains of garnet.Locality: near small abandoned quarry ~0.5 miles north of Tunnel Road, west of Squaw Mountain & south-southeast of Government Peak, eastern flanks of the Laramie Range, far-eastern Albany County, WSW of the town of Wheatland, southeastern Wyoming, USA |
