| 説明 | Not the flowers, but these bright purple berries are so beautiful. Fall is the time to pick these and make jelly or sauce for ice cream. They grow on long woody stems and green leaves along roadsides, in pineland, and hammock forests. Of course they grow in parks and gardens, too. If they are free to pick, 12 - 15 branches will make a nice batch of jelly. These berries are also popular with wildlife, and especially mockingbirds. |
