| 説明 | Originating in South Asia, bungalows were designed to shield homes from the hot sun. Popular in Florida and California, they were designed for a warm climate, with “big overhanging eaves to shade walls by day, an abundance of windows to provide cross-ventilation, and big front porches that function as “outside living rooms.” Older neighborhoods in the Tampa Bay area are home to large concentrations of American bungalows.
