| 説明 | Hemerocallis 'Dancing Elf' (Gossard, 2006) Photo by F.D.Richards, SE Michigan, 7/2020 - Tall yellow Daylily Dily, hem-ur -oh-KAL-iss, Mature size: 52”, 5in. lemon yellow self , USDA Hardiness Zone 4, Michigan Bloom Month 7a, In Garden Bed N1,08 for 23 MONTHS (Cassh). Planted in 2018.(Tet. Nutmeg Elf × Tet. Itsy Bitsy Spider) (Gossard, 2006) height 52in (132cm), bloom 5in (12.5cm), season M, Dormant, Tetraploid, Very Fragrant, 32 buds, 5 branches, Unusual Form Crispate, Lemon yellow self. The tuberous roots of the plants look way to small to to develop into a 52 inch tall specimen. The leaves are also quite small and narrow.2020 notes: It remains an elf at 30 inches tall. Too much dancing and not enough growing:) Scapes are 1/4th inch diameter or less. It has produced 7 scapes. Hard to believe that will develop into a 52 inch tall plant. Blooms were about 5 inches. I think the color looks more gold than lemon. Its next door neighbors are making it look like a dwarf.Additional photos of this plant (search of my flickr photostream): www.flickr.com/search/?user_id=50697352%40N00&sort=da... |
