| 説明 | Ferranti-Dege envelope for a print job: Double charge for a rush - cropped 5x7's. As I sit here scanning these negatives, I have to think that I am both the first and last person to ever handle them. - FIRST, because in the mod-1980's I worked in the Black & White labe at Ferranti-Dege, developing film, and printing contact sheets and BW prints. I did this through graduate school, at which point I left Ferranti's to go to... DEQE. The LAST person, becasue 33 years later, I am trying to organize all the old negatives and prints that comprise DEQE/MassDEP's history before I retiire. I imagine with the digital versions available, nobody will ever go through these boxes again. (NOTE, for this bag, at least, it is not my handwriting.) |
