My photos are FREE to use, just give me credit and it would be nice if you let me know, thanks.While twinning a highway near the community of Hubbards, Nova Scotia the work crew clearing trees found the building.The building was built in the 1920s and it was not known by many people. The place was built by an American named Charles E. Bedford, as a place to enjoy hunting and fishing.Located high on a hill with great views it became known as Bonavista Lodge.The highway has already been surveyed and the house seems to be far enough away to not be in danger of getting destroyed. |
