| 説明 | The Spire is a 13 acre, 6 contiguous block Downtown Dallas master planned development with 128,000 SF of retail, 1,664,700 SF of office and 337 residential units. Spire Realty Group of Dallas plans to develop the project as a six-building office, hotel, retail and parking complex on 13 acres in 6 contiguous blocks in the northeast section of Downtown Dallas immediately next door to the burgeoning Dallas Arts District complex. The master plan for Spire includes landscaped streets and a central park.Spire Realty expects its improvements in the area to help create a more pedestrian-friendly link between the Pearl Street DART rail station and the Dallas Arts District. The project is completely privately funded, with family money, with no need to seek financing from any source and could be built in one fell swoop immediately. However, the project will develop organically over time as demand for the various aspects of the development present themselves. The initial phase of the project, known as 2400 San Jacinto, will consist of a 21 story mixed use highrise of 360,000 square feet of office space at San Jacinto and Leonard Streets with ground floor retail and a row of residential units facing the planned park.
