| 説明 | I am on a shaky kayak at Ko Hong in the Phang Nga Bay near Phuket, Thailand. I have already put in detailed notes about the kayaking and about this spot earlier in this album. (see previous pictures). As a solo traveler, I have had the misfortune of being paired with this very obnoxious character from Lebanon who was not happy sitting behind me and wanted to switch places mid stream on an already unsteady and rocking kayak. After putting him in his place, the boatman finished one round, and then stopped at a tiny crescent shaped beach where this obnoxious fellow could come in front of me. So here he is, filming away- I took a back seat, literally, even from taking pictures as this was the second round, and I'd already taken more than my share photos the first time round. This man promised the boatman a tip for the second round- and at the end of it all, gave him a measly Thb 10! Shameful, isn't it? Really, some people! I am on the Ao Phang Nga National Park speedboat tour, known more popularly as the James Bond Island tour, and we have made our second halt for the day here, for a spot of kayaking through these caves. I have just endured a very unnerving transfer from my speedboat onto an incredibly unstable little rubber kayak and have just manged to find my bearings and sit down, almost on the floor of the boat, without tumbling into the Andaman Sea. We are taken through several of these low caves- these are low enough as it is, but high tide and the consequent rise in water levels made these caves even lower!
