| 説明 | OCHA the UN coordination organization had a team of Donors visiting to evaluate their work. Patrick had arranged them to go and see the opening of an OCHA antenna and an emergency response in Walikale territory. Unlike the majority of North Kivu , Walikale is low lying unpopulated jungle. The flight over isolated huts, enclosed villages showed the difficulty of access and working in such an area. I hitched a lift to see our emergency response in cooperation with Solidarites and to get an impression of the place. |
