One hundred fifteen Tarheel ChalleNGe Academy cadets graduate from the Tarheel ChalleNGe Academy - New London on Thursday, March 12, 2020 to the 53nd graduating class at the Stanly County Agri-Civic Center in Albemarle, North Carolina. Since the program's inception 26 years ago the academy has graduated 5925 cadets, and is the single most important community outreach the N.C.
