| 説明 | As you probably know, getting rid of old electronics isn't as straightforward as it used to be, thanks to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive, which is a sensible bit of legislation aimed at recovering many of the valuable materials used in the manufacture of electronics.At first, we were a bit nervous about it - like many businesses. Blessedly the markets responded and there are loads of recycling people now, many of whom will work for free. We have a big skip bin on site that the recyclers leave there and come and empty when we tell them it's full. They then take the stuff away and give us back a list of serial numbers and certificates of destruction. Easy and convenient.Here's we've got at least an old network card, an old PC (not sure how old but Windows XP licensed), a busted phone and a few other bits. |
