| 説明 | Photos of a pond snail (family Lymnaeidae) from a home aquarium in the Philippines. Given the reflected mantle, the size and shape of the shell, and the location, I believe these are likely Bullastra cumingiana; what I'm calling Philippine reflected-mantle pond snails.Photos were taken by Jerome Dela Cruz, and shared with his permission. I have found no photos of live Bullastra online. Hopefully, with these, now there are. Or, alternatively, perhaps a malacologist can confirm or correct the identification. |
