| 説明 | The official lovingly caresses a bottle of Sake before pouring it out for the guests. I am in the Harushika Sake (traditional Japanese rice wine) brewery in Nara, Japan, where for ¥ 500, you get to taste five different types of pure and premium Sake and then get to keep the shot glass as a souvenir. Notes about the five Sake types were mentioned in a laminated information leaflet leaflet which was placed on the table befor eme. (see previous pictures earlier in this album). Once you are done with your tasting, you can buy premium Sake straight out of the still from a little shop or showroom attacked to the tasting room which is visible just behind the lady in the picture. Here, the company official is readying to pour out the first of the Sake types, labeled Memorial Sake label for a new Japan era. This is apparently a super premium type and the cream of the crop.
