| 説明 | Nontypical Ukrainian-wide ‘Quiet Party’ event was held in Kyiv on 7 December 2019 involving librarians, civic leaders, public officials and celebrities dedicated to ‘Inclusion in Modern Culture: 16 Days Against Violence’.UN RPP & 13 partners have pooled efforts to organize the event in the Scientific Library named after Mykhaylo Maksymovych. Another 35 locations were libraries from other Ukrainian cities and communities that joined the event online thanks to Radio Skovoroda (Lviv).
