| 説明 | Aster tataricus () 2019 photo - Common Name: Tartarian Aster, Size: 4x2ft., blue purple, USDA Hardiness Zone 3, Michigan Bloom Month 9b, In Garden Bed S3 a75 for 9.2 YEARS (Lazy). Planted in 2010.Missouri Botanical Garden: Aster tataricus, commonly called tatarian aster, is an erect, tall-growing species (to 6') which seldom requires staking. Distinctive paddle-shaped, lower leaves are up to 24" long and 6" wide, but leaves are significantly smaller in size higher up on the plant. Small but abundant flowers (to 1" across) with deep lavender to blue rays and yellow centers appear in flat-topped clusters in autumn.Tall plant that spreads some. I cull a portion of the plant every year to keep it in check. Average soil. Planted in 2010. Did not do well in 2011. Very strong in 2014. Late bloomer (Late September, early October in Michigan).#Aster #TartarianAsterMy other photos of this plantSatellite View using Google Maps |
