A photo of (left to right) Foster Meagher, designer-colorist, commissioned by the National Paint and Coatings Association to plan a new color scheme for the interior of the Queen Anne Cottage, Tony Triarsi from Anthony Decorators who did the painting, and Arboretum Curator of History Sandy Snider. They are standing beside a color rendering of the cottage parlor. Below the rendering is a printed text by Foster Meagher that states his approach to the color planning for the rooms in the cottage.
