| 説明 | This is an authentication terminal in the Old Swan branch of Santander which is where I spent a chunk of the morning.I was closing an account for the Residents Association, and was introduced to some of the challenges of dealing with an account that requires two signatures to do anything when the other two signatories on the account are both deceased.We got there in the end. The very helpful clerk in the bank told me that she was delighted to have at least one breathing signatory - all too often she doesn't have any! |
