| 説明 | We got these huge dried shiitake mushrooms from Hanoi that were bigger than my palm, and as thick as my hand. They also had a nice fragrance and smooth texture when cooked. We stewed these with some dried oysters, added mustard greens and cooked until they were tender. The mustard greens added some sweetness and also a bitter tang, to balance out the richness of the dried oysters. |
