| 説明 | John Pleasants serves as Chief Executive Officer of Playdom, Inc. Mr. Pleasants served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ticketmaster Canada Ltd. He served as Head of Information Services unit of U.S. Interactive, Inc., from December 13, 2002 to June 2003. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Arts Inc., from March 2008 to June 18, 2009 and served as its President of Global Publishing since March 2008. He served as President and Chief Executive ... Officer of Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. Prior to EA, Mr. Pleasants served as an advisor to various privately-held companies. From September 2005 to June 2007, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Revolution Health Group. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of TicketMaster, a wholly owned subsidiary of InterActiveCorp, from June 2003 to September 2005. Mr. Pleasants served as Chief Executive Officer of Ticketmaster Group Inc., a Parent company of Ticketmaster7 Pty Ltd. From January17, 2003 to July 2003, Mr. Pleasants served as President of information services at IAC/InterActiveCorp. Mr. Pleasants served as Chief Executive Officer of Ticket Master from December 2001 to December 2002. From December 2002 to June 2003, he served as President of U.S. Interactives newly formed Information & Services group. From November 1996 to December 2002, Mr. Pleasants held various leadership positions at Ticketmaster's predecessor, Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch Inc., including serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Pleasants served as President-Ticketing and Transactions of Ticketmaster Online from May 1999 to December 1999, Executive Vice President-New Markets from November 1998 to April 1999 and General Manager-New Markets from November 1996 to November 1998. From September 1993 to November 1996, Mr. Pleasants served as Product Manager for PepsiCo's Frito-Lay division. From May 1988 to August 1991, he worked as a Plant Manager and sales and marketing executive at Hygiene Industries, a textile manufacturer. He has been a Director of ValueClick Media (formerly, Fastclick, Inc) since March 2005. He serves as a Director of Citysearch Inc., and MetroGames S.A. He serves as a Director of the Board for The Artists Den. He served as a Director of Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. He served as a Director of Going.com and Active.com. He served as a Director of Expedia Inc., since February 2002 and Director of Ticketmaster since May 2000. He served as a Director of Extend Health, Inc. and Revolution Health Group LLC. He served as a Director of The Active Network Inc., since February 2002. Mr. Pleasants holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard University. |
