| 説明 | Kingfish again, and by total fluke, we decided to marinate it in miso, just like the Miso-Marinated Grilled Kingfish like last time! :)Last time, we only marinated for 2 hours. This time, we left it overnight. Perhaps my curing mix wasn't as concentrated as Julia's last time, but the fish just didn't seem fresh anymore. Before refrigeration, packing fish in miso was used as a preservative.
