Also the Carl Zeiss Flektogon 2.4/35 and Tessar 2.8/50, and a Praktica BCA SLR manual.This equipment was made in the Deutsche Demokratische Republik (hence 'DDR' on some of the lenses) before the wall fell, using the factories and expertise of German camera and lens makers which fell on the side of Germany portioned out to the USSR in the aftermath of World War II, including Carl Zeiss in Jena, and others which were amalgamated to create Pentacon, producing SLRs under the Praktica brand. |
