| 説明 | Thursday nights in San Luis Obispo mean one thing and one thing only: Farmer's Market. I realize a lot of communities have these now, but I swear we were one of the first. ;)About seven blocks of our downtown are blocked from traffic and the farmers come from near (SLO, AG) and far (Bako, any of the central valley places) and the local restuarants set up food booths outside and there's a band on every corner and and and et cetera.So, knowing that, I made sure to travel a certain way home from work. A way that would not lead me to a baricade or throngs of people trying to cross the street.And yet I still got to see some of the market's festivities. This guy was just strolling down the street, playing and singing, on his way to the market, I'm sure.I couldn't decide if I should name this walk and roll or rock and stroll. And then I noticed the red light and all those fire drills from school came back to me: Stop! Walk! and Roll! |
