| 説明 | Copied text from City Search :The Chicago Fire of 1871 leveled nearly every building in the city except the Water Tower. The day after the fire, the Water Tower served as a guidepost by which citizens hunted through the ruins for what had once been their homes.I don't know what the gold sculpture is supposed to symbolize, it's rather odd. Didn't notice the John Hancock Building until I looked in my viewfinder, it makes the photo, I think. |
