I would like to point out that if you take away the view of the female body or any part of it, whatever is left visible will become more erotic, an eye, an eyebrow, maybe an eyelash. In Victorian England, men used to stand at the bottom of stairways, hoping to get just one glimpse of a female ankle. I remember in fourth grade when we were mesmerized by a fleeting second's peek at Sally's panties. For those not inclined toward the opposite sex, simply reverse the gender and the concept remains the same.Do an image search on paintings of Mary Magdalene and you'll see that even the Popes of Rome commissioned paintings of a young, often nude or near nude Mary Magdalene. Gregory VI, or one of those Gregorys, determined Mary Magdalene was a reformed prostitute and that alone opened the door to nudity. In 1968, however, it was determined she was not a prostitute and all of those semi-nude paintings became obsolete. So it goes. Bill Murray, on the other hand at a not so young fifty-something, made himself a laughing stock in a movie called Life Aquatic or something like that, by casing himself in a "man of action" role.Folks, your leading man needs to be able to run, not hop. I couldn't even bring myself to finish the movie.My conclusion is, if you are going to do an image of the human body, male or female, use someone younger. Young is generally more beautiful to look at, but not necessarily to talk to, to make love with and certainly not to select as a life companion.Edward Hopper, the painter who was one of the founders of the "Ashcan School" of art, decided to do some nudes. Hey, everybody else was doing them. John selected models his own age and his paintings became a laughing stock. I'd be surprised if you'd fine even one of these on the internet today.Be who you were meant to be and permit others to be who they were meant to be. With that I will continue to the best of my ability to be who I was meant to be.Did I mention....? The woman I've lived faithfully with for forty years and with whom I plan to spend the rest of my life just turned sixty-five.
