| 説明 | Maryland Army National Guard Soldiers compete with soldiers of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Estonia during a fitness challenge event on Saturday, March 16 which included executing push-ups, pull-ups, box jumps, kettle bell swings, and burpees all in a 7 minute time cap. Soldiers battle for the Best Warrior title during the 2019 Maryland Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition March 14-17, 2019. The competition is a multi-day marathon of mental and physical trials, pushing these elite service members to their limits. Competitors demonstrate their ability in a variety of warrior tasks.
