| 説明 | "walk down by the officers shower room and listen to them take a bath. Apparently the water shortage fails to apply to them.I’m going to cut this letter short due to the conditions under which I have to write. As we have no lights in our tents I use the so called mess hall for writing purposes.The mess hall is nothing but a long unscreened shed and I believe every mosquito in Cuba is doing its best to keep me from writing this letter.I am enclosing a list of articles I wish you would send me.
