| 説明 | The 4 lions watching over the 4 cardinal directions atop a 15 m pillar at the entrance to the Chaitya Vihara or the main prayer hall at the Karla cave sanctuary. The Karla cave complex was constructed in 160 BC. There was another pillar identical to this on the right, the remains of which are now in the Ekvira temple in it's place. |
