| 説明 | North Wales. Another shot of a house that has always interested me. Situated at Porthaethwy, Ynys Môn (The Isle of Anglesey) on the shore of the Menai Straits, access to it is by a road that passes above the roof level. A ramp from the road runs down to a parking platform indicated by the white railings above the roof level. Access to the house is by steps from the parking platform leading to the white front doors.In the background is Telford’s Menai Bridge, opened 1826 and then the longest single span suspension bridge in the world and still today, one of the main routes crossing the Menai Straits. |
