| 説明 | Photographed by Ian Bell This an image located at on the corner of the building on Lee Street near Second Street. In the photographs, shows how the architect used the two architectural style combinations-Neo Gothic because of the pointed arch windows above the doors and a Romanesque Style because of the round-arches above the doors. In addition, the photograph tries to demonstrate one-point linear perspective because as the the extended part of the building is closer to the audience while the main part of the building is behind. Another way to examine the one-point perspective in this photograph is the light and contrast; for example, the extended part of the building that has the doors and windows, seem to have more light on the bricks than the bricks behind the extended part. The bricks that are behind the extended structure of building has more a darker shade to it. |
