| 説明 | My husband and I made this for our lunch today. It was a pork loin seared then topped with thyme, rosemary, tarragon and bay leaves and then roasted on top of potatoes, turnips, mushrooms, carrots, garlic, scallions, anise, fennel, celery, white wine, olive oil, salt and pepper. We also had bacon, sharp cheese and fresh chives biscuits. It was SO good. |
