| 説明 | View Large On Black To Really See This“Baggy” dealers are common on many streets in Dublin; they peddle small volumes of drugs that are probably cut with all kind of unhealthy products. They feed the needs of the street drunks/junkies that inhabit the less trodden inner city areas. A few streets away oblivious shoppers swipe their credit cards and worry about keeping up with the Jones, unaware that such things exist, so close. I have seen this individual before many times; he plies his trade in the back streets linking Abbey Street and Talbot Street.After taking the second shot (Suspicion) I was turned on by these three, with accusations “did you just take my photo?” lead primarily by the taller individual, the one in charge. I of course denied capturing the moment to which I was asked to show him my pictures. This is where in my opinion again using film cameras disarms the situation when I showed him the blank plastic back of my Nikon SLR with the viewing window clearly showing the cartridge of film. The moment passed, I moved on. Dublin City Centre any given day, in this case Saturday 20th February 2010. |
