| 説明 | The braised cabbage and quails were very tender, but perhaps the quails were too delicate for this dish. Perhaps duck, spiced kangaroo sausages, or the pigeon in the original recipe, would be better.Flavour-wise, we added a dash of red-wine vinegar and a bit of sugar to the sauce as we reduced it.
