The mansion housed the families of Timothy and Michael Riordan, in separate, mirror-image wings. The wings are joined by a common family game room. The house was built at the turn of the 20th century, and was designed to conserve space , natural resources, and was built of local materials. It's beautiful innovation of the time! This wondowseat was on the Michael Riordan side of the house.Image made February 15, 2010. |
