| 説明 | This house, which is very near the coast, was completely destroyed by Typhoon Ketsana in late September 2009. Although it was made of bricks and concrete, it wasn't designed specifically with typhoons in mind, and was not strong enough to withstand a direct hit from a major typhoon like Ketsana. Houses like this one need to be rebuilt stronger to resist future typhoons. |
