| 説明 | Also taken in Oyster Bay. Used a Konica camera with a 57mm lens at f/2 and an IDAS light pollution filter. Film was Kodak Elite Chrome 200 and exposure time about 15 minutes.An image of the region aroung Cassiopeia. There is some discoloration because of the light pollution filter I used. This caused a green tint in the middle and a purple tint around the edges. I was able to adjust the image a little but, but could not make the color uniform with processing.The two nebulous regions on the left are IC 1848 and IC 1808. You can see NGC 869 and NGC 884, or the Double Cluster, in Perseus as two bright patches below the nebulae. In the bottom-center of the image you can also make out a small nebula, NGC 281. A little bot top-right of the middle of the image you can see the Nebulae NGC 7822 and Cederblad 214 in Cepheus. On the right side of the image one of the red nebulous regions is NGC 7635, or the Bubble Nebula. |
