| 説明 | There is a large number of hotels and student complexes planned for the Capel Street - Bolton Street area of Dublin. Earlier this year I stayed in the Bullitt Hotel in Belfast and a staff member told me that they were planning to open a hotel at the location shown in my photograph but at this stage I am not certain because there a number of different stories circulating at present. [1] Northern Irish hospitality group Beannchor has purchased the Dublin headquarters of Riverdance with the intention of transforming the site into the Dublin Bullitt Hotel. It has been reported that Riverdance owners Moya Doherty and John McColgan sold their property for about five million Euro. The Northern Irish company has also purchased buildings on Little Mary Street. [2] A company known as LMS Investments are developing a 343 unit aparthotel on the site of a Keelings owned fresh fruit and veg distribution depot on Little Mary Street.At this stage it would appear that two blocks extending from Mary's Abbey to Little Britain Street are being redeveloped by a number of different developers and that there will be at least two hotels and a music venue in operation by the end of 2019. |
