| 説明 | Giving mum's breadmaker a trial run before committing to one of our own.The bread, fresh from the breadmaker was heavenly! It filled the house with the fragrance of yeasty fresh bread in the oven. The texture was fluffy but firm, unlike typical supermarket bread.The bread was a little sunken in the middle, and a little too moist. According to the troubleshooting tips, there was probably too much liquid.Judging the results of this attempt, I think we need one :) |
