| 説明 | Near the berkeley amtrak station, there is public art installed next to the overpass which is very nice and funded by local taxes which always are popular when they come up for a vote. Below the mural is a substantial homeless encampment. I can't say i can recall voting on a measure to house those in poverty, but i always vote for art. Living here, you get used to the abject and apparently it falls even further into the background than the drabness of concrete overpasses. |
