| 説明 | That was Christmas lunch but not as we know it. For starters we had special bread La Herradura - half a round loaf soaked in olive oil served with alioli and tomato in oil, carpaccio of red prawns with spring onions, timbale of wild mushrooms with Roquefort sauce and finally chicken soup.Then came the main courses; Pam had the pork loin oporto style and I had the meat ball stew. For desserts (in the photo) Pam had orange parfait and I the home-made chestnut turron with chocolate and custard. For wine we shared a bottle of Sitial D.O. Ribera del Duero and finished with coffees. They brought us a glass of cava each with the bill. And the verdict: excellent meal, superb service - highly recommended. |
