Recipe coming.3/4 cup all-purpose flour1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/4 tsp. baking soda1/8 tsp. salt4 tbsp. vegetable margarine, softened1/3 cup raw sugar1/3 cup powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup chopped hazelnutsCombine ingredients and roll into a log and wrap in plastic wrap- refrigerate 1 hour.3/4 cup all-purpose flour1/4 cup crushed peppermint pieces1/4 tsp. baking soda1/8 tsp. salt4 tbsp. vegetable margarine, softened1/3 cup raw sugar1/3 cup powdered sugar1 tsp. peppermint extractCombine ingredients and roll into a log and wrap in plastic wrap- refrigerate 1 hour.Roll out chocolate dough into a rectangle- roll the peppermint dough out also- Lift the peppermint dough and place on top of chocolate and roll up, ending with the seam down. Wrap in plastic wrap again and refrigerate 8 hours.Slice and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.Bake 12 minutes.Makes 24. |
