| 説明 | On May 16 1894 the Police Department in Napier registered correspondence detailing the request for 4 pounds, 2 shillings and 3 pence to settle an account. The request was made to Inspector Emerson in Napier. The funds were required to fix a fence which was carried away by floods from December 5 1893. The request was approved and funds were passed onto Lawton and Son who had supplied material for the rebuild.
