| 説明 | Pho is a Vietnamese beef and rice noodle soup. The broth is very salty and not unlike some kinds of ramen broth, but they also give you these large raw basil leaves that you can crush into it which really kicks everything up a notch in the flavor department. The beef is placed into the broth completely raw, however due to the thin slicing and the heat of the soup, after a few moments it becomes cooked through. I haven't really had enough pho to judge whether this pho was of excellent quality, but I will say it tasted damn good to me. |
