| 説明 | The official birth day and place of the Army Warrant Officer Corps is July 9, 1918, Fort Monroe, Virginia. On this date, Congress established the rank and grade of the Warrant Officer. Today there are over 27,000 Warrant Officers in the total Army consisting of 45 specialties within 18 Army branches. In honor of the 100th Birthday, it is customary to perform the Warrant Officer cake cutting ceremony. This ceremony represents an annual renewal of each Warrant Officer’s commitment to the Cohort and the Cohort’s commitment to our nation’s quest for peace worldwide. From past to present the Warrant Officer Cohort continues to endure. |
