| 説明 | Assorted works from around the house, all purchased either at Target or an equivalent retail outlet these are all standard sizes, and I have printed them accordingly, ,from left to right the first image is a 35mm enlargement, of about 6 x 4 inches, onto silver gelatin, it has some text written on the image, a quote from a tom waits song in fact.The next two on the right are from early foray into dye sublimation printing again about 6 x 4 inches in the mid 90's from a small series exploring my families' history they too have text applied,The last is my wife's and is from a series exploring family health, there were originally were about 12 of these all identical and all lined up in a row on the gallery wall, each had a pink cancer ribbon attached to the frame.The point here is that the frames were chosen as part of the overall idea, ie home, family, comfort etc.Not shown is the small collection of opp shop frames we have built up over the years! |
