| 説明 | A distorted rhombicosidodecahedron made with Supermag: it's an approximate copy of the Zometool node at a scale of 9:1. This stretched my collection of Supermag:60 1/2" balls for the outer nodes, 12 1/2" balls for the pentagon centers, 30 3/8" balls for the rectangle centers. 60 long bars (B257) for the main triangles, 60 short bars (B144) for the main pentagons. 120 short bars for the rectangle supports (I used a mixture of B144s and B127s because of parts shortage - B144s are best). 60 long bars for pentagon supports (It would be better to use short bars).Grand totals: 102 balls, 120 long bars, 180 short bars. |
