| 説明 | Visits by senior staff of UNICEF to projects with partners have a strong tendency to become very ceremonial, almost ritualistic, with speeches, flowers and presentations. The push comes from both our partners and our colleagues. I try to push back against this tendency so that the visits are more in touch with the children that we are working for and disturb less the work of our partners. We work for children but too often we only here the voice of the adults. |
