| 説明 | Wrestlers: two pairs of wrestlers and in-between, in the middle of the picture, a supervisor in the role of judge or coach. The beardlessness of the wrestlers and their height, lower than that of the bearded overseer, characterize the athletes as teens, gymnasium students. This detail of the right pair captures the beginning of the fight: the athletes push their heads forward towards each other, their stepping is wide and their hands size the arms of the competitor. The man in the middle of the scene, is turned to the right. He wear, over a chiton, a mantle decorated by diagonal bands.
