| 説明 | I like to put the whites in their carrying/serving containers and keep the filling separate in a bowl. I cover the bowl with cling wrap so there is no air for oxydation.When I'm ready to serve the eggs I scoop some filling with a spoon and use the back of another spoon to push the filling off of the first spoon. It's not nearly as messy as using just one spoon or one spoon and a finger (ugh - but I've seen people do it). I also tried a decorating bag (alternatively a zip-lock bag with a corner cut out) and it's just faster to do the spoon thing, I think.IMG_3895 |
